SOCIAL WORKER - EATING DISORDER CLINICIAN
The Opportunity
This role will sit in the Manawatu Locality (Palmerston North and Feilding catchment area) but may also provide some services across the rohe. The eating disorder services will be delivered in line with national and international evidence based best practice principles.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a level of knowledge and skill in the assessment and management mental health eating disorder presentations within a community setting. The role will also include being involved in an inter-disciplinary team approach across mental health & addiction. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, is committed to ensuring culturally responsive care, and is committed to a strengths based recovery approach that supports people and family/whanau to achieve their goals.
