Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral (MidCentral) is part of Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand and provides healthcare services to over 180,000 people across the Manawatū, Horowhenua and Tararua regions. With a large hospital campus in Palmerston North, it also provides key health care and support services to neighbouring communities.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a level of knowledge and skill in the assessment and management mental health eating disorder presentations within a community setting.

The role will also include being involved in an inter-disciplinary team approach across mental health & addiction. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, is committed to ensuring culturally responsive care, and is committed to a strengths based recovery approach that supports people and family/whanau to achieve their goals.

We are looking for a part-time or full-time Sonographer to join our growing team. You will be based in Palmerston North, or Palmy as we call it. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality ultrasound scanning, in a supportive team environment.

Our ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of ultrasound, including general, obstetrics, vascular and MSK imaging. Experience or ability to learn Fetal Echocardiography and high-risk OB scanning would be an asset.

We are on the hunt for Anaesthetic Technician’s to join our team. You will be an integral part of the team who makes a valuable contribution towards the safe delivery of Anaesthesia for a wide range of procedures.
